Well, I resolved do make the Chisame Hasegawa from Mahou Sensei Negima cosplay, no the uniform (I’ll do this with my cosplay group), but a cosplay of a cosplay (cosception?) that she uses while the Mahora Festival.

At the start it was something simple, just a sleevless shirt with a sailor collar and a lace, piece of cake. Well, think this prove to be a mistake.

Everything started when I cut the pieces different and resolved that had to be that way, instead of turning them equal. The result? it was uneven, of course. But this is not shown, since the final result kind of corrected this (yay!). Well, the collar was very easy to do because since I racionalized the  piece, everything went well. What troubled me was the duo lace/tie.

Truth is I wanted to do it in one piece, but the previous mistakes the clothing had made me do it piece by piece. I had already sewed the tie on the blouse when I resolved to put the fake laces and the thing started to complicated there. Fix here, fix there (the fake laces don’t work…), sew that way… Well, the fact is I finished and I am even satisfied with the result, since it’s the first time I do something like this.

Plus I kind of had alreay given up the costume because the wig didn’t arrive my home. And so, three days before the convention it arrives, and it is wonderful!! I bought on Ebay. Obvious. To take all this long…

At last, some cosplay preview pics. I hadn’t finished everything yet, so the pics are with the shirt with the tie sewed as one, and I would lace it The pics were taken by Sir Celsius Edward, also known as my father.

Little by little I am uploading new pics to my Cosplay.com galleries. The last galleries I updated were Sari (OCB) and Kari (Digimon Adventure) ones, and soon I’ll upload more pics on the cosplay galleries which still needing some things to fix.
